Through a buyer's premium. The buyer works out their agent's pay with their own agent, and they can roll it into their mortgage. It doesn't come out of your pocket. Agents still get paid, so they still bring buyers.
Because the buyer's agent isn't paid out of your 2%, the whole 2% goes to marketing and selling your home. Same work as a traditional listing. You just aren't paying two agents.
